Cancellation/Refund Policy.
At Bounce-mania ltd we understand that sometimes plans may change and it may become necessary to have to cancel or amend your booking with us, our cancellation policy below sets out our key points and circumstances and any cancellation fees that may be due and payable and if any refunds would be due.
Cancellation by the company Bounce-mania Ltd.
It is very rare for us to cancel a booking, If a booking was to be cancelled due to unforeseeable reasons out of our control,
A full refund of any monies or a deposit paid,reasons may include:- vehicle breakdown, damaged or broken equipment, Adverse weather conditions. ie with outdoor bookings, strong winds. or any other reason out of our control
This excludes reasons, excluding the area is to small to to erect the inflatable/equipment safely, wrong surface type as these are confirmed before booking and are down to client to check.
Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation must be made over the phone during normal office hours 9am - 5pm.
All cancellations will then be confirmed in writing via email, this must be kept as proof of your cancellation.
Cancellations can not be taken by voice mail, email, text ,social media or any other methods.
booking fees or any other payments made will not be refundable and would be lost in the event of cancellation. for bookings with
outstanding balances the following charges will be due.
Cancellation outside of 30 days before your event/party any deposits/booking fee paid is non refundable.
Cancellation inside of 30 days before the party/event the hirer is liable for 50% of the hire charge
cancellation within 7 Days before the party/event the hirer is liable for 75% of the hire charge ,
cancellation within 48hrs of the party/event the hirer will be liable for 100% of the full hire charge.
