Bounce-Mania Ltd Terms & Conditions of Hire

In making a booking with bounce-mania Ltd you are deemed & agreed to following terms & conditions.

1. All equipment on hire or loan shall remain the property of Bounce-mania Ltd or their suppliers.
2. All equipment is used entirely at the Hirers’ / Users own risk, whether or not the equipment is staffed or self run.
3.The Hirer is responsible for providing a safe electricity supply if required.
4. Any lost or damaged equipment will be charged at full replacement / repair cost.
5. Any damage or loss must be reported immediately.
6. On delivery the equipment should be inspected by the Hires and any faults reported immediately. Any fault not reported at the time of delivery will be deemed to be the responsibility of the Hires.
7. On delivery/collection Bounce-mania ltd or its suppliers will endeavour to meet the stated contract times as closely as possible. Bounce mania ltd or their suppliers cannot be held responsible for late delivery/collections due to circumstances beyond their control.
8. Hirers’ must ensure that a) access is available at the stated time of delivery, the driver may not be able to wait and the hirer will still be liable for the balance payment, b) any balance fees are available at the time of delivery apart from were the balance payments is over £150.00 these will need to be paid 10 days in advance of the event. (Bounce-mania ltd staff or suppliers will not be able to leave equipment if the balance payment is not available), c) the access is clear to the site, that the Hirers’ representative at the time of delivery is aware of the positioning of the equipment and has access to all necessary points to ensure the safe installation of the equipment, d) the proposed operating site for the equipment is clear of any obstacles that may prove to be a hazard for the safe operation of the equipment and clear of any underground services (gas/ electricity /water). Bounce-mania Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage caused to underground services by the erection of any supplied equipment) the Hirers’ representative has the authority to sign for delivered equipment and receive any safety/operating instructions. PLEASE NOTE: In the event of access not being available at the time of delivery/collection Bounce-mania Ltd or its suppliers reserve the right to return at a later time and to pass on any additional costs incurred to the Hirer.
9. Where equipment needs to be delivered through buildings it is the Hirers’ responsibility to ensure that any fittings, furnishings or other items are removed or covered with protective material. Bounce-mania Ltd or their suppliers cannot be held responsible for any damage to fittings or furnishings, however caused, although every precaution is taken.
10. Once equipment is installed it must not be moved, have items added to, be altered in any way or used for any other purpose other than that which it has been designed for, without the written permission from Bounce mania Ltd
11. All equipment must be used in accordance with all relevant legislation, all operating instructions issued by Bounce mania ltd and in a suitable safe environment.
12. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that adequate first aid facilities are available if necessary.
13. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that adequate safety barriers are fitted around equipment if required.
14. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that all safety regulations are enforced and that equipment is constantly supervised as per the operating instructions issued.
15. No sub-letting of equipment is permitted without the written authorisation of Bounce mania ltd.
16. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the equipment is not used in inclement weather conditions including rain or wind. Inflatables should not be used in heavy rain, In the event of winds exceeding 24mph (Force 5 Beaufort Scale), the unit should be deflated immediately and then re inflated once the winds subside. Beaufort Scale description = Fresh Breeze – Small trees in leaf begin to sway
17. We reserve the right to cancel the booking if the weather forecast predicts strong winds or gusts of 24mph or above
18. The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that any special licences or permission for use of hired equipment are obtained as necessary
19. The size of the inflatable is not the size of the area as a rough guide you will need a minimum extra area of 3ft in width & 10ft in length with the height needing a extra 1ft, If you are unsure you will need to check the space & give us a call, If we turn up on the day and the inflatable does not fit you will be charged the full day's hire rate.
20. When booking outside and Inflatables are on hardstanding, these will need to be drilled into the floor using a 10mm drill, we can only drill into concrete or tarmac only.
21. we cannot drill into block paving , paving slabs or crazy paving If we arrive and it is deemed the hardstanding area is not suitable to drill holes in or you decided you know longer want holes drilled into the floor you will be charged the fully hire charge.
22. Bounce Mania Ltd cannot be held responsible for any damage to the floor during or after the event, whilst drilling holes into the floor
23.In the event the inflatable is damaged pre-booking we will replace with an alternative inflatable if this is not suitable a fill refund will be given.
24.If a inflatable is damaged before the hire starts a suitable alternative will be offered,if no suitable inflatable is available a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation policy - due to Illness or family related issues, bounce-mania will be more than happy (subject to availability) to move the date of the party/event that is suitable for both parties free of charge, if the hirer wants to cancel the party/event pre payments are non refundable.
25.We do not Set up inflatables on artificial grass If bounce mania Ltd arrive at the outdoor location to set up and the hirer wants the equipment to set up on artificial grass or hard standing areas, Bounce Mania Ltd reserve the right to set up and full payment will be due.

weather - rainy conditions bounce-mania will deliver the inflatable(s) if you prefer to postpone the party/event bounce mania will be more than happy to work with the hirer to move the date that is suitable to both parties (subject to availability) free of charge
If it is forecast to rain for most of the day and the hirer wants to cancel the hirer will need to ring the office to cancel.
Cancellation outside of 30 days before your event/party any deposit/booking fee paid is non refundable.

cancellation inside of 30 Days before the party/event the hirer is liable for 50% of the hire charge ,
cancellation within 7 days the hirer is liable for 75% of the hire charge
cancellation within 48hrs of the party/event the hirer will be liable for 100% of the full hire charge.
Late payment we may charge you additional interest on payment received more than 30 days past its due date

PAYMENT: Payment must be made in accordance with the terms stated on the Hire Contract. Where balance payments are due on delivery, equipment will not be put on site until payment is made. PLEASE NOTE: Bounce mania ltd or its Suppliers or Employees cannot be held in any way responsible for any breach of hires/contract, although every precaution is taken.
