Q) Are your Inflatables suitable for indoor & outdoor hire?
A) Yes all of our inflatables are suitable for indoor & outdoor hire subject to the size of the space available.
Q) When the equipment is delivered do I have to set the inflatable up?
A) No included in the price the driver will deliver, set up & collect the equipment.
Q) What is included when hiring a bouncy castle?
A) electric fan, 1 x 20 meter extension lead, steel pegs (outdoor hire), safety mat
Q) do I need to hire a petrol Generator?
A) only if the inflatable has no nearby power supply i.e. :- park, field etc.
Q) What access do you need.
A) Side access is normally ok (although it must be clear) or thru the house with smaller sized inflatables.
Q) What if you arrive & the inflatable won't fit.
A) when making a booking please check the space including height, if unsure please contact us or you will still be charged a full day's hire rate
Q) Outdoor hire can you set up a bouncy castle on artificial Grass?
A) sorry we don't hire inflatables on artificial grass.
Q) Can we use the inflatables in the rain?
A) Most of our bouncy castles come with a built-in shower cover, please contact us if unsure.
Q) What if the weather is forecast for heavy or long periods of Rain
A) Sorry we will not deliver please contact us for more details.
Q) The weather is forecast for strong winds or gusts will you deliver
A) sorry we will not set up if the weather is forecast for winds of guests over 24mph, please contact us for more details.
Q) Can i Keep the inflatable overnight?
A) You will need to contact us first.there is a extra charge for overnight hire
Q) Do you have Insurance?
A) Yes, we have comprehensive public liability insurance for £5 million.
Q) Are your inflatables safe to use?
A) Yes, are inflatables are manufactured to BS: En14960 with an annual RPII Inspection in addition all electrical equipment is inspected & PAT tested.
Q, Do you allow softplay to be set up outside?
A) summer time only, customer will need to provide shelter i.e. Fully enclosed gazebo or have indoor space should rain be forecast.
